Who the agreement is with

Your agreement here is with Fortify 24x7. It runs the Red Carpet Computing brand and performs every service listed on this domain. Completing a purchase here means these terms apply to you.

What the subscription is

A subscription is a set of service lines, each with a quantity, delivered monthly. What each line does, and where it stops, is described on its department brief, and those descriptions form part of this agreement. We would rather be held to the honest limits we published than to a marketing sentence.

Billing

• We take payment by card, and only by card. No invoicing arrangement exists here.
• Charges are taken monthly, in advance, for the month ahead.
• Quantities are what you declare. If the count changes, tell us and the next charge follows the new count.
• Rates on the pages are the rates charged. If a published rate changes, existing subscriptions are told before it applies to them.

No other descriptor is used, and nothing is appended to that line.

Your part in this

• An accurate picture of the estate. We cannot protect a device nobody mentioned.
• The authority to manage what you ask us to manage. If a device belongs to somebody else, that person needs to know it is being enrolled, and we will not help set up management on a device whose user has not been told.
• A working contact route, and a decision at onboarding about who hears what.
• Reasonable cooperation when something is wrong, because containment sometimes needs a person on your side to act.

The limits, stated up front

There is no security product that prevents every outcome, and whoever claims one exists is mid pitch. Our commitment is the service exactly as written: platforms deployed and configured, a staffed desk behind them, and failures pursued instead of logged.

We do not promise that no incident will occur, that every message will be caught, that data already public can be made private again, or that a decision taken by an authorised person can be undone. The department briefs state these limits line by line, and nothing in this agreement quietly widens them.

Concierge engagements are separate

Physical security work, and removal of private information from surface web and dark web sources, are arranged as engagements with Fortify 24x7. They are scoped and quoted individually, they are not part of any subscription bought here, and no subscription implies them.

Stopping

Any line can be stopped whenever you decide. Renewal ends, and the month already purchased continues through to its last day. The refund policy covers the opening period and the cases we return without argument.

Service can be suspended or ended by us where invoices go unpaid, where what we provide is used to break the law, or where carrying on would place other clients at risk. Whenever the decision is ours, you will be told the reason for it.

Liability

What we can be liable for in connection with this service is capped at whatever the affected line was charged across the three months preceding the event. No part of this limits any liability that we are not lawfully permitted to limit.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes and current clients are told directly before the change applies to them.
